Annual or perpetual license, with remote setup and launch included. The price depends on what the system does on each production line: how many product types it counts and how many checks it runs.

Actions on detection, such as an alarm, a line stop or rejecting the item, are configured during setup.

Counting and inspection on the same line? The prices add up. Both services use the same cameras and computer.

We set up the counter remotely

We are computer vision specialists. We do not mount cameras or lay network cables. We install and set up the counter over the internet, with no visit to your site.

IP cameras with RTSP support, mounted over the lines
A local network connecting the cameras to the computer
A computer that meets the system requirements
Internet access and remote access software for setup

Because setup is remote, the counter can start working in as little as 2 hours. The exact time depends on the product and the complexity of the project.

The price follows lines and product types, not cameras

A Counting Item is one product type on one line. The same product on two lines is 2 Counting Items, and so is one line with two products. The number of cameras does not matter. Each case below is 2 Counting Items.

For 20 items or more, we agree on the discount individually. This is a preliminary estimate, prices exclude VAT.

Questions

Does the number of cameras change the price?

No. The price depends on Counting Items and Inspection Items. You can use as many cameras as your lines need.

What is included in the license?

Remote installation and setup of the counter on your computer, and launch on your lines. You get a ready-to-use project. Cameras, the local network and the computer are on your side.

What if we add a new product type later?

Add a Counting Item for each line where it is counted. A new defect type or check is added the same way, as an Inspection Item for each line.

Are there discounts?

Yes, volume discounts: 10% from 2 items, 20% from 5 items and 40% from 10 items. Counting and Inspection Items are added together, and the discount applies to both annual and perpetual licenses. For 20 items or more, we agree on the discount individually.
